Response-time SLA
We aim to respond within the timeframes below (business hours/business days).
Response time means: when you’ll hear back from us. It does not guarantee a fix or resolution within that timeframe.
Targets
- Problems & bugs: within 2 business days
- General questions: within 5 business days
Support coverage
Support is provided on a best-effort basis during business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
How to get help faster (what to include)
When submitting a request, please include:
- Your Jira site URL (cloudId if you have it)
- Insights used or used queries
- What you expected vs what happened
- Screenshots (if relevant)
- Approx. timestamp + timezone
- Any error messages/request IDs
Notes & exclusions
- This SLA applies to DevPulseIQ support only (not to Atlassian Cloud uptime SLAs).
- Feature requests are welcome, but delivery timelines are not guaranteed.
- If your issue is caused by an Atlassian incident/outage, resolution may depend on Atlassian’s status and recovery.
